A Pillars of Faith Advent Journey to the Manger

Advent is the season when the Church leans forward in hope, waiting for the moment when heaven bends low and Christ enters the world. This year, Pillars of Faith invites you to walk a simple, beautiful path to Bethlehem – by building a spiritual crèche in your own heart.

For 24 days, we will “gather” one small piece each day – a virtue, a grace, a prayer, a surrender – just as a manger is prepared piece by piece. By Christmas Eve, your heart will have become a quiet, warm resting place ready to receive the infant Jesus.

This is not a complicated devotion; it is not heavy or demanding. It is an invitation to simplicity, silence, and holiness – the very atmosphere of Bethlehem.

Each day you will receive: a short Scripture, a gentle reflection, one simple spiritual action, and one “piece” to place into your interior manger.

Little by little, day by day, we will build a home for Christ within us – the One who had no room at the inn, but still seeks a place in every soul that welcomes Him.

Let us begin together, humbly and quietly ……

You will find the daily Advent reflections under our pray tab.
